Photo essay: Red Hook Criterium – Milano No.7 –

The Red Hook crit No. 1 started in 2008 in the Red Hook area of Brooklyn, as a celebration of the David Trimble 26th birthday. Since then has grown to be become something of an institution amongst cyclists in New York City and has spawned additional races in London, Barcelona and Milan. Last Saturday we were in Milan (the final) and we saw an awesome race, we were in a sort of Formula One event with all the ingredients: warm-up, qualifying rounds, excellent foods, beautiful girls, fashion characters and so on! Crazy April in Pictures

Waiting for the Giro d’Italia (-3 days), we enjoy some pictures of the craziest weather we have ever seen in April. Thank you Jered, Ashley Gruber and Graham Watson for your awesome work.

Flanders and Roubaix in Images

Cobbles under gray skies and lightly rimmed with mud. Cobbles in sunlight. No matter what weather presented itself for the great cobbled Classics, the races were as punishing for riders as they were equally thrilling for fans. The looming bergs of Flanders and the dusty, broken farm roads leading to Roubaix were incredibly selective and the strong only stood taller after navigating their way safely through. Shaken, bruised, even bleeding, they pushed on. Here is a look back on an incredible week at some of the most beautiful races in the world.

The Italian Spring Races in Photos

The 2016 edition of the GP Industria, Strade Bianche and the season’s first Monument, Milan-San Remo, were held in perfect early-Spring conditions. Blue skies, sunshine and mild temperatures. Castelli were on location to cover the races and meet with Cannondale Pro Cycling Team and the Italian National Team. Enjoy the images!
