Behind the Scenes: Fall Riding With Ryder Hesjedal

Canada’s Eastern Townships is a well-known region for his many cycling trails and bike-friendly towns. Surrounded by lakes and the Appalachian mountains, fall is without a doubt the best season to ride your bike. The light and the colours create a mesmerizing set for all cycling enthusiasts seeking for great rides. Fall cycling also rhyme with changing temperatures. And by changing temperatures we obviously mean sun, cold and rain (sometimes at the same time). The question burning on all lips when it comes to clothing during this kind of temperature is: What should I wear?  “The challenge of fall riding is the way you will dress, when we started early morning it was 3 degrees sunny and windy, then it warmth up and at the end we got some rain.
