Photo essay: Red Hook Criterium – Milano No.7 –
The Red Hook crit No. 1 started in 2008 in the Red Hook area of Brooklyn, as a celebration of the David Trimble 26th birthday. Since then has grown to be become something of an institution amongst cyclists in New York City and has spawned additional races in London, Barcelona and Milan. Last Saturday we were in Milan (the final) and we saw an awesome race, we were in a sort of Formula One event with all the ingredients: warm-up, qualifying rounds, excellent foods, beautiful girls, fashion characters and so on!
