1270 meters of pure adrenaline. That’s what the Milan Bovisa Red Hook Crit. racing track is. We’ve seen plenty of watts put on that tarmac on Saturday for the awesome Milan stage of the Red Hook Crit. It was the ninth edition of RHC in Milan, nonetheless, the show and the fun are still the same. The very exciting atmosphere, street food, beer and strong women and men on bikes. You can’t ask more! Mirinda Carfrae, Triple Ironman World Champion

Defending Ironman World Champion Mirinda Carfrae had planned to somehow produce something even better than last year’s masterpiece. Mirinda Carfrae’s third Ironman World Championship victory on Saturday in Kona, Hawaii, didn’t look like a possibility at the T2 (transition from bike to run), Carfrae exited with more than 14 minutes behind then race leader Daniela Ryf. Carfrae broke her own run course record, set last year, when she moved past Ryf in the marathon and giving her the third Ironman world title of her career. Two years after launching its line of innovative triathlon apparel, Castelli was again worn to victory at the pinnacle event of the sport. Frederik Van Lierde, Mirinda Carfrae Win Ironman Hawaii

Castelli-equipped triathletes Frederik Van Lierde (BEL) and Mirinda Carfrae (AUS) took the 2013 Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, by storm. Van Lierde took his first Kona crown, while Carfrae smashed the world record in her victory in the women’s race.
