Team Garmins secret for hot days
Don’t let the heat get you down. The Garmin-Sharp-Barracuda riders wanted a lightweight kit for the mountain stages of the Tour. The Inferno Bibshort and Climbers Jersey (new for Summer 2013 in Castelli colors) was created based on the riders request for a kit for the blazing heat of Italy in May and France in July.
Congratulations to Ryder Hejsedal for netting the Climber’s Jersey and Inferno Bibshorts first Giro victory, and to David Millar for winning the Tour stage to Annonay Davézieux after 212 km off the front with temperatures above 32°C.
