Gravel bikes were not meant to be ridden like this

Have you ever wondered what would happen if you put an enduro rider, decked out in lycra, on a gravel bike? Well, evidently the answer is a whole load of craziness Ibis is naming “Gravelduro”.

Thankfully someone was on hand to capture it on video. Could scenes like these become more normalized with the recent surge in ever wider tires, dropper posts, suspensions, and even wider flared bars onto gravel bikes?

“please make a U-turn when possible”

In this short video on the Ibis YouTube channel, Ibis EWS team rider Robin Waller shows off some ridiculous skills and makes it all looks too easy. Well, all except the impossible skill of cyclocross shouldering. Is this the best example yet of a possible use case for a gravel dropper post?
