Reflecting on a great six year partnership with Slipstream Sports
Castelli has had a great six year partnership with Slipstream Sports first as Garmin-Cervélo through various sponsor changes up to our current Cannondale-Drapac. Along the way we’ve won some great races: · Paris-Roubaix 2011 · 4 stages and the team classification at the Tour de France, 2011 · Omloop het Nieuwsblad 2012 · Giro d’Italia 2012 · Liège-Bastogne-Liège 2013 · Stages in the Giro and Tour, 2013 · Critérium du Dauphiné, 2014 · Tour of Britain, 2014 · Giro di Lombardia 2014 · Circuit de la Sarthe 2015 Along the way we’ve made some great friends as well as developing clothing that has changed the ways pro cyclists dress: Sanremo Speed Suit BodyPaint 3.0 Speed Suit Climber’s jersey Inferno bib shorts The Perfetto family of jackets and vests As part of our history, Castelli will continue to race at the highest level in the sport and we will announce our future direction on November 3rd. Team Garmin-Barracuda Unveil 2012 Team Kit
Slipstream Sports unveils 2012 team kit and new sponsor.
Slipstream Sports, today announced it will become Team Garmin-Barracuda with the addition of Barracuda Networks as a new sponsor of the team.
The 2012 team jersey and shorts retain the distinctive Garmin logo while adding the Barracuda logo, and the signature Slipstream Sports argyle is prominently displayed. Cervélo will continue as a key partner and the official bicycle supplier of the team.
SNEAK PEEK AT 2011 TEAM JERSEY DESIGN
Today Slipstream Sports presented a sneak peek of the 2011 Team Garmin-Cervélo jersey. You’ll have to wait until January to see the rest of it, but let’s just say that Castelli will continue to make the best looking kit in the peloton, while the Castelli Speed Research Unit has been busy making sure it’s the fastest gear in the peloton. Argyle has never looked so good.
