SanRemo SpeedSuit, tons of comfort and speed

Wearing the SanRemo Suit is like riding in a skinsuit but with a lot more comfort Lot’s of cycling enthusiasts may remember spring 2011. It was the first time this suit was race-introduced by Team Garmin-Cervélo at Milan-San Remo. But the history of development dates back a bit more far behind.

It’s fast, it’s furious and it goes on for 24 hours!

I’m at the Castelli 24 hour criterium in Feltre, northern Italy, and can’t remember the last time I had this much fun on two wheels. Between 4pm and 7:30pm yesterday I was racing around a 1.8km circuit in front of huge crowds against the likes of Manuel Boaro, Alessandro Ballan, Paolo Bettini, Matteo Tosatto, and various amateur riders, Italian industry insiders and local weekend warriors

Every Thursday during the month of April, one of Portland’s most spectacular parks opened its streets for the Rose Garden Circuit Race. Featuring a quick descent and a tough climb to the finish, and hit with Portland’s typical rainy weather, the race added a unique degree of difficulty to the average criterium.
