Women’s Fashion Round up from EUROBIKE 2016
The 2017 season will soon be upon us so we took the opportunity to check out what we can expect in the world of mountain biking fashion for the discerning lady cyclist.
The hottest enduro bikes at Eurobike 2016
While EUROBIKE is filled with wacky new products – some bordering on genius, others as mad as a bag of cats – the reason we are really here is to see sexy, new enduro bikes. We stalked the halls to bring you 11 of the most beautiful new bikes about to hit the market – so beautiful, in fact, that some of our editors are still inside stroking them.
Affordable bikes and parts from Eurobike 2016
Not everyone is a trust fund kid, nor are we all likely to earn a generous Swiss wage or even be willing to splash all our savings on the latest must-have part for our bike. But no one is going to deny that we’d like to keep our bikes up-to-date and in tune with the latest technology – plus, it’ll be a bonus to avoid the perpetual fear of being laughed off the trails. Bikes, components, helmets and apparel – we’ve compiled the most wallet-friendly list of products worth splashing some hard-earned cash on.
SCOTT Highlights 2017 – light, lighter, Spark
Nino Schurter delivered the goods to cinch an Olympic gold medal on board the brand new SCOTT Spark in Rio. But let’s be honest; it was a victory that was never really in question either, as the Swiss rider proved his domination once again. However, Nino won’t be the only rider charging off into the sunset on the all-new Spark; set to come in three models, the Spark is an affordable bit of kit for virtually any rider.
Canyon 2017: Prototypes, lightweight hardtails and familiar faces
Although Canyon’s stand at EUROBIKE was primarily dominated by black, there were some eye-catching flashes of colour that struck a chord with visitors to the fair. As we’ve now come to expect from the German brand, Canyon seized EUROBIKE as an opportunity to present their ultra exciting ‘Project’ concepts, including an intriguing green shifter lever and new design evolutions for the coming season.
