A croissant here, a salad there, possibly squeezing in a sugar-filled protein shake post-ride in hope it’ll relieve those nasty aches and pains, then twinning it with riding every other day without any real routine. Seem familiar? Well, to Andrew it does, as sitting across the office from us he’s fiendishly tucking into an assortment of chocolate and blueberry muffins… Admittedly when it comes to riding, most of us just eat what we can, train hard and hope for the best.

There may not really be any Panthers in the Black Forest but the Reverse Black One Titanium pedals born there are still best described with this allegory. They come in light of foot and camouflaged in black. A closer look however reveals the flexing muscles and they know how to use their teeth to full effect at just the right moment.
