ROSE Bikes – for a long time many customers saw the mail order bike company in Bocholt as a firm which made solid, reliable bikes with a first-class price/performance ratio and good service including personalized bike configuration. “29ers are gay!” – “I get 10% a discount online!” – “That bike looks like a copy of a Specialized Enduro!” – “E-Mountainbikes are shit!” – You can see and read similar statements on forums all over the world every day when reading about the newest trends and developments in the bike industry. However, it’s easy to forget that the criticism is often just nit-picking. If you can afford to buy a current bike, you have both money, time and a passion for technical knowledge — not really attributes that should awaken our deepest pity, if we’re being honest.
