Salsa Cycles has today announced a recall affecting its popular Cutthroat do-it-all drop-bar adventure bikes, as well as bare Cutthroat framesets and Cutthroat Carbon Deluxe aftermarket forks. EF and Cannondale will fund teams at Historically Black Colleges and Universities
