The Mayor of Nice doesn't want Paris-Nice to finish on seafront as planned

The mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi, says he no longer wants Paris-Nice 2021 to finish on the Promenade des Anglais because he wants the seafront to be available to residents after strict lockdown rules have been lifted.
