Transition Introduces The New TR11

Transition Bikes is introducing an all new TR11 today. Now in its third iteration, the keener eyed amongst us may have noticed the bike being piloted by the likes of Hannah Bergemann and Jaxson Riddle at Red Bull Formation and Rampage respectively. Available as a frameset or as a single high value GX level build kit, the mixed wheel aluminum frame is now ready for public consumption. I met Gianluca Vernassa at UCI DH WorldCup 2012. During those years we always looked to the right time to make a video together. Eventually this fall we had the chance to spent two days on the north side of Etna to capture some footage. Our goal was simply to show some pure riding enjoyment on the incredible landscapes offered by Etna. Payson McElveen Bikes Across Tasmania in Single Push

Bay of Fires, Tasmania (November 15, 2022) – On Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022, world renown, endurance cyclist Payson McElveen completed a human-powered bike excursion across Tasmania, an island at the bottom of the world with one of the most unique environments on the planet. The route across Tasmania, developed with Tasmanian endurance cyclist Emma Flukes, chose adventure and challenge over efficiency: the route spanned 360 miles and 34,000 feet of elevation gain, with the majority through unpaved wilderness.
