Transition Introduces The New TR11
Transition Bikes is introducing an all new TR11 today. Now in its third iteration, the keener eyed amongst us may have noticed the bike being piloted by the likes of Hannah Bergemann and Jaxson Riddle at Red Bull Formation and Rampage respectively. Available as a frameset or as a single high value GX level build kit, the mixed wheel aluminum frame is now ready for public consumption. Have a look at Transition’s fun launch edit below and then keep scrolling for some of the finer points on the bike in their “tech” video, plus some more details in their press release as well…
Details
- Mixed wheel size – 29″ front / 27.5″ rear
- 203mm front travel / 200mm rear travel
- S, M, L, XL
- Integrated head tube bumpers
- Internal cable routing
- Adjustable chainstay – +/- 5mm
- Boost spacing
- 37.1 lbs – Medium
A few of the more key details involve a very stealthy internal cable/hose routing that slides into the 56mm straight headtube – which allows for reach adjust or offset headsets, should you choose. There is also a flip chip that allows rider to toggle between a 440mm or 445mm chainstay length. Lastly the TR11 features integrated fork bumpers – something that is clutch on any dual crown dedicated bike.
Transition takes you through some of the TR11’s finer details in the video above.
