XCO La Bresse: a closer look at Schurter’s new Spark

[ad3]

Yesterday we weren’t completely sure what was going on at the Scott racing’s pits. Today we spotted Nino’s new Scott Spark after the training, with the racing plate still on and a Rock Shox Reverb dropper seatpost.

Aside from that, the new Spark looks like it has been engineered from scratch: new kinematic, 29er wheels, metric shock and probably a rather modern geometry. We will know more quite soon, when Scott will officially present it to the media.

In the meantime, get ready for what can be an epic race in wet conditions on very technical terrain. Probably the reason why the Swiss champion was testing the Spark with a dropper post. Live on Redbull TV tomorrow, race report on our Mag as usual.

EDIT: Thomas Frischknecht has just texted us that Nino will be riding a dropper post depending on the weather.
