[Racing] Leogang Qualifying Gallery and Results
Let’s see if the third time is a charm for Aaron Gwin. Two years ago his brakes failed at Leogang and last year he flatted and still cruised down with a rather electrifying run. This year the tides could turn for him as he shows early dominance cruising into second place just shy of 1.5 seconds up on Aussie Connor Fearon with Remi Thirion nipping at his heels and ramping up his speed to come in third. The women’s top 5 looked pretty much identical to the timed training with Rachel up front. In junior men’s, Andrew Crimmins stepped up his game and took the top qualifying spot while Alex Marin dropped back down to 6th. Time will tell how things will unfold tomorrow. Enjoy the gallery below after the results.
