[Racing] Lenzerheide Qualifying – Despite Crash, Gwin Wins

Despite having a massive crash in practice which required stitches to fix, Aaron Gwin persevered and took the top time in qualifying at Lenzerheide.

Also coming off of the injured list was Rachel Atherton. She didn’t participate in timed training yesterday, but came out guns blazing and had the fastest qualifying time in the women’s.

In men’s juniors, Finn Iles couldn’t quite complete the gnarly  Red Bull athlete trifecta and bounce back from his big crash quite like Rach and Gwin…He still rallied for 3rd with Sylvain Cougoureux and Joe Breenden ahead of him. Perhaps he’s saving it for tomorrow…
