Whistler Bike Park Creekside expansion begins
After years of rumored expansion, the Whistler Mountain Bike Park has finally broke ground on the new Creekside Zone. The beginning phase will include five new trails (a total of 9 miles) and will increase the amount of lift access riding by 20%. The new trails should be open to the public next summer. The expansion will be completed by different teams. The Whistler Mountain Bike Park Trail Crew will tackle a machine build low-to-intermediate trail, while Gravity Logic will develop a low footprint machine-built singletrack.

Gravity Logic will also be responsible for two addition singletrack trails that will be hand built. The final trail will be a machine built intermediate level freeride trail by Joyride Bike Parks.
