‘Over the hill’ is a term often heard when one turns forty years old. But as these fine gentlemen keenly demonstrate ‘over the hill’ is a state of mind that bogs down much of the adult population. Age, responsibility, doubt are mere shackles or excuses that prevent one from living life.

Mountain biking is one of many activities that allow aging athletes to enjoy life, stay healthy and live life to the fullest. And as we see with these shredders, this lifestyle allows one to enjoy the woods, soar through the air, share high fives and drink beer.
