Video: Lego Mountain Biking Behind The Scenes

A lot of time and effort is involved in bringing Lego men to life.

A lot of time and effort is involved in bringing Lego men to life.

Recently the mountain bike world became enamored with the Lego Mountain Biking video that was making the rounds. Many of us either played with Legos growing up, or have children of our own who love the little plastic blocks. Though the video’s creator Devon Brown clearly had fun making Lego Mountain Biking, his behind-the-scenes video shows that it’s more a labor-of-love than child’s play.

Lego Mountain Biking was painstakingly cobbled together from more than 7,000 photos and took three months to complete. A monstrous effort to be sure, but one we think you’ll agree was well worth the effort.

Creator Devon Brown of Oxburger Studios, shows us what went into creating the popular Lego Mountain Biking video.

In case you missed it the first time around, here’s the original Lego Mountain Biking video. Just like in real life, our Lego hero is inspired to ride after watching a super sick shred video. We hope you’re as equally inspired to ride after watching this one.
