ENVE Senior Marketing Manager Jake Pantone walks us through the just-launched carbon MSERIES line. Pantone discusses the reasoning behind the nomenclature change from their past categorization; XC, All Mountain, DH to the new ratio formula employed in the MSERIES line. The ratio refers to the rider preference of descending vs. climbing. Following this setup, the new M50/50 would be ideal for a rider who likes to climb as much as they like to descend, while the M90/10 would be best suited to a downhill/gravity junkie.
The MSERIES incorporates the high performance capabilities of past ENVE designs and updates it with new technologies including a hookless retention system, an updated rim shape, and optimized rim channel width and depth. For more information, check out our product launch write-up.
