Riding Scott’s TwinLoc Remote Suspension System
Scott’s TwinLoc Remote Suspension Adjustment system is a polarizing topic. Some riders love the on-the-fly adjustability, while other balk at the additional clutter on their bars. But before casting final judgement it’s important to know how TwinLoc works and what are the benefits of on-the-fly adjustment. The Scott TwinLoc System is a proprietary system equipped on all models of Scott’s Genius and Spark bikes.
Designed for on the fly use, TwinLoc allows a rider to adjust both suspension travel and bike geometry, with no need to remove a hand from the controls. This video from our friends at the Global Mountain Bike Network takes a deeper dive, providing a look into the world of suspension settings, adjustable geometry, frequency of use, and ultimately how that all translates to the ride.
