Rémy Métailler rides Cam McCaul’s river gap, buzzes kayakers

Do you remember that iconic river gap that Cam McCaul rode in NWD 9? It was so dangerous that rumor has it the builders tore down the lip and refused to disclose the location for years, for fear that kids might try to find the gap and replicate the scene.
If you didn’t catch the film when it was released back in 2008, I wouldn’t recommend watching it unless you’re feeling nostalgic. The riding and filming is still killer, but it pales in comparison to some of the tricks that riders are attempting now.

For example, just two years ago Antoine Bizet went back to the same spot and landed this textbook front flip. This was mind blowing, bar raising stuff.
Which sets the stage for this, a sneak peak of a project that french madman Rémy Métailler is working on with Sherpas Cinema. Holy crap. I cannot wait to see the full segment.
