Cam Zink shreds Mammoth Mountain
Cam Zink floats down Mammoth Mountain’s recently reopened jump trail, Smooth Operator.
After several years of drought, California received one of the biggest snow years in documented history. As a result, many of the state’s best mountain bike trails are still under snow. But not Mammoth Mountain (sort of). Yes, they’re still running lifts for skiers, but are also making a big push to clear trail for mountain bikers. Just this week, they opened Smooth Operator. This double black diamond jump line offers big doubles, wood features, and plenty of opportunities to style it out. If you haven’t sampled it before, here’s Cam Zink to give you a primer.
