Telluride was once a sleepy mining town. Today, it’s a well-known destination for outdoor enthusiasts.
Telluride, Colorado, is an old mining town that is celebrated today for its vibrant film, music, and outdoor scene. Since the 1970s, it’s been a world famous destination for skiing. In addition to winter sports, the region is dotted with incredible mountain bike trails. They even had a UCI World Cup race here back in 2002.
