The Yeti Cycles VIDA MTB Series has announced its lineup for 2017 with great riding locations in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. These women’s skills clinics emphasize the community of riders and the connections they make.

Sedona MTB Festival (1-Day Clinic) March 4
Valmont Bike Park (1-Day Clinic) May 20
Beti Bike Bash (1-Day Clinic) June 3
Trestle Bike Park (2-Day Clinic) July 1-2
Yeti Tribe Gathering (1-Day Clinic) July 21
Snowmass Bike Park (2-Day Clinic) August 5-6
Golden Giddyup (1-Day Clinic) September 9

“It has been an incredible evolution from our very first event in 2013, to a full-fledged movement of women who are shifting the paradigm of what it means to be a female rider,” said VIDA’s Sarah Rawley. “Our community is full of strong, hard-charging women who are eager to share the gift and passion of mountain biking with others.”

Yeti Cycles, the Colorado based mountain bike brand, will continue as the title sponsor of VIDA in 2017, as the company has since the inception of the clinic series.

The season officially kicks off at the Sedona MTB Festival on March 4. The one-day clinic format will allow festival attendees the opportunity to gain skills and confidence with a coach on Saturday, and shred singletrack with their friends and family on Friday and Sunday. VIDA will also offer yoga, a tech talk from Stan’s NoTubes, and group rides on Sunday for all festival attendees to join.

VIDA returns to Colorado at Valmont Bike Park in Boulder, Colo., on May 20, followed by the Beti Bike Bash, the world’s largest women’s only mountain bike event. VIDA will host a one-day clinic at Bear Creek Lake Park in Lakewood, Colo. on Saturday, June 3, followed by the main event on Sunday.

2017 VIDA MTB Series

As summer is just beginning in the high country, VIDA will take full advantage of pristine alpine riding at Trestle Bike Park, July 1-2 and Snowmass Bike Park, August 5-6. Both bike parks are undergoing expansion to their current trail systems in 2017. Weekend clinics are filled with lift-accessed and trail riding all day long, on top of healthy meals, yoga, tech talks, and happy hour socializing.

Just as the leaves begin to turn gold, VIDA will join forces with the Golden Giddyup— the first endurando of all time (enduro + Grand Fondo), but more importantly a community sponsored bike event and trail stewardship program culminating on September 9-10.
