2013 Red Bull Rampage Practice Photo Gallery
It’s Red Bull Rampage time again! The best big mountain huckers in the world have been called to serve by going huge on the hallowed cliffs of Virgin, Utah. There’s nothing enduro about this, son. This is freeriders hitting monster gaps, crazy billygoat lines, and terrifying cliff drops on big bikes with tons of suspension.
The official Rampage builders have been in Virgin for a few weeks now, building the big feature tricks, like the Oakley Sender, which has been expanded this year with five new lines. The competitors arrived in Virgin a few days ago to start scouting, digging and sculpting their own private lines. Normally, Friday is qualifying at Red Bull Rampage. But because of heavy rain on Wednesday and Thursday night, Friday was changed to a practice day and qualifying will be held today. Photographer Rob Norbutt is in Virgin taking Rampage photos for us. For a preview of what to expect today and tomorrow, check out the sweet gallery of photos Rob sent us from yesterday’s practice session.
Stay tuned for more!
