Season Recap: Top Notch Racing in the California Enduro Series
The race season has wound down and what an amazing summer it has been all over the US. With as big a country as the US is, there are multiple series happening in many different parts of the country. One of the biggest is the California Enduro Series (in the biggest state, outside of Alaska). With so many racers and such varied terrain, there was something for everyone. We received an awesome season recap from the do-everything Michele Lamelin, who wears so many hats in the bike biz, that it’s hard to keep track. Vitus Bikes Gravity Enduro Ireland Series – 2015 Dates
The Vitus Bikes Gravity Enduro Ireland Series has today been released by promoters Biking.ie. The series will comprise of 5 events spread around the country in Ireland’s best mountain bike venues. Established in 2011, the series is as popular as ever, with events selling out months in advance. Regarded as one of the premier enduro race series in the world, many overseas riders will be drawn to Irish shores in preparation for the second round of the Enduro World Series, which takes place in May 2015.
Cocañín Enduro Team Race – Nov. 16th 2014
Cocañín Enduro Team Race will be the last race of the season in Asturias, Spain.
Club Asturbike Gijon will host the 16th November the first team event of the
specialty, which will have three categories: Enduro 2, Enduro 3 and Enduro
Mixed.
Getting Freaky with Costumed Antics at the Moab Ho-Down
The weather was unusually warm for the 9th annual Moab Ho-Down Mountain Bike Festival in stunning Moab, Utah October 23-26th. This annual fundraiser has become a must hit event for hundreds of people from around the world. The 4 day long festival is often touted as ‘the best bike event of the year.’ Racers, riders, and dirt jumpers take advantage of the spectacular late fall riding conditions in the high desert of Southern Utah.
