For the first time, you have the option of 29″ wheels and thanks to its capable suspension and radical geometry, it promises to make the wildest trails look tame. The RAAW Madonna V2 is named after the legendary trail Madonna de la Guardia in Finale Ligure. The trail has featured in an EWS stage and encompasses everything the bike was designed for. We were curious to see how the bike performs and how it would fare against the competition on our diverse test loops.

We’ve previously ridden and reviewed the Pole Stamina 180. Back then we chose a size L but the extreme reach felt too long for all-round riding. We went one size down for this group test and couldn’t wait to see how it would fare against the competition.
