Pro Bike Check: Comparing Richie Rude’s + Cody Kelley’s Yeti SB6c
There is one team that has had more success than most in the Enduro World Series, and it seems like this year is no different! The Yeti / Fox Racing Shox Factory Team have taken two overall title wins and more than a handful of race victories to boot, giving the Yeti SB6c race whips that riders Richie Rude and Cody Kelley smash through the world’s toughest stages a better pedigree than any other. From a quick glance, the teammates’ SB6cs look identical, but it isn’t until you look closer than you pick up on the details …
Suspension Setup
Cody’s Setup
“I run it a bit stiff for my weight, I typically have the rear sag in a bit more than the fork so I run a pretty stiff fork so the bike just settles in a little rear heavy, but that’s how I like it.”
Richie’s Setup
“My suspension setup has a pretty equal feeling front and rear, it’s probably a little softer on the rear but I’ve been running it a little stiffer this weekend (Ireland EWS) as I want it to feel a little more progressive, there’s nothing too big out there, but you still want to be able to pump everything.”
