Pro Bike Check: Chris Keeble Smith’s Marin Attack Trail Pro
The Emerald Enduro in Wicklow, Ireland, held host to some of the biggest names in the sport, and luckily we had the chance to catch up with the super relaxed 21-year old Marin rider, Chris-Keeble Smith. Starting in cross-country, moving across with his developed skills into 4x, then once again refining his skills to in the sport and subsequently, he’s now landed here, in the Enduro world series. This kid is gonna be big news.
A lot of big things are on the horizon for Chris, so we wish him the best of luck.
Chris rides a size large 2015 Marin Attack Trail Pro with quite a few upgrades.
MRP sorted out Chris with a Stage fork two years ago and when chatting to him, he seemed eternally grateful. “It’s my second year on the fork and it’s still going strong. Chris noted he likes to keep things rolling super quick on the back and soft on the front.“I tape a tube under my seat. You know, just in case”The finishing touches. When hitting such big profile events, even the smallest details go noticed.
“I was unsure on enduro racing at first, but in my first competition I won and stuck with it, then I got signed to Marin and came 4th in Elite. Scotland, Ireland and Finale Ligure are my next stops.”
