Small Goal, Big Miles: Man Runs 1,500 Days in a Row, for 4 Years

Can you imagine running over 1,000 days in a row?

What started out as a 2-week goal to run a minimum of 10 minutes a day, every single day, has turned into a monumental accomplishment for Hellah Sidibe. The New Jersey runner recently hit a benchmark in his goal of running every single day, running 1,460 days — that’s every day for 4 years.

In this video, hear a bit behind Sidibe’s inspiration, and watch a cute little celebration reel as he trots across the 4-year finish line. (Note: Sidibe hasn’t stopped running since he hit that benchmark, and he plans to continue.)

Hellah Sidibe, 30, was born in Mali, Africa, but he now lives in New Jersey. He is a vegan runner and fitness YouTuber. Sidibe recently ran across North America from Los Angeles to New York.
