Single-Run Chopper e-Bike to Go Once, Twice, and Be Sold at Auction
The juicy MOSH/CHOPPER is the first entry in the brand’s new auction promo, which will feature totally one-of-a-kind e-bikes.
How often do you get a chance to own something completely unique? As in, just one of the thing exists and ever will exist? (Excluding the new fad of NFTs.) Now, how often do you get to pop a wheelie on that thing?
Serial 1 e-bikes give you a chance to do just that with its new 1-OFF auction Series. The first entry, the psychedelic-inspired MOSH/CHOPPER, is a banana-seated beauty in blue.
The bidding starts today and ends on Tuesday, August 10, at 7 p.m. Eastern Time.
Ladies and gentlemen, lot number one, the exclusive, single-production Serial 1 MOSH/CHOPPER e-bike:
Single-Run Serial 1
The MOSH/CHOPPER is straight outta the old school with its bright chrome sissy bar and a cream banana seat. Decorative pinstriping gives the cyan metal flake paint a little attitude, and side panels with ambiguous bubbles set off the psychedelic flair. The pinstripes and lettering are even hand-painted.
The e-bike owes its aesthetic inspiration to Serial 1’s affiliation with Harley-Davidson. Chopper builders Warren Heir, Jr. and Kendall Lutchman at JR’s Fabrication and Welding in Milwaukee built it using the MOSH/CTY platform. The CHOPPER keeps features from that line, including:
- Gates carbon drive belt
- Brose mid-mount motor
- TRP hydraulic disc brakes
- Internal cabling
- Integrated lighting

Auction Rules: How to Bid
Winning the MOSH/CHOPPER comes with responsibilities. First of all, well, you have to pay. At publishing, the bike has already eclipsed the $5,000 mark.
When you win (and you will win because choppers aren’t for losers), you either pay for shipping or pick it up at Sturgis. To bid, you have to create an account at Serial 1.
That’s right: Sturgis! Serial 1 is at the world-famous bike rally, which starts today and rumbles through August 15. If you’re worried about feeling out of place on an electric bicycle at a hog show, check yourself — not just anyone, and everyone will be there on a one-of-a-kind rig.
