$5 Million Budget Approved for New Mountain Bike Trails in Northeastern Minnesota
The Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board on Wednesday approved spending $4.95 million on up to 92 miles of mountain bike trails in Northeastern Minnesota, comprising three different trail systems. They expect the move to cement northeastern Minnesota as a national and international mountain biking destination.

News: Massive MTB Trail System Coming to Southern Nevada
The non-profit group STORM-OV is planning to build hundreds of miles of new mountain bike trails near the town of Beatty, NV in an effort to grow tourism in the area.
