Athertons spotted on Prototype Trek Session
[ad3]The Athertons were spotted in Whistler riding a very rough looking prototype of a new Trek Session. Known for being very particular about bikes, this could be a test mule to get the bike to be longer, lower, slacker and more linear. It could also be something else…
The main difference in terms of construction (apart from being aluminum instead of carbon) is that the frame no longer seems to use a full floater. It still uses ABP (active brake pivot) but the lower shock eyelet appears to be fixed to the frame just like the new Slash.
Aside from that, the tires clearly indicate that it’s not a 29″ test mule. Stay tuned for more news as it comes in. Trek [ad12]
