The 2015 Escarpe 275 frame sports 135mm of travel from a new Horst link rear end. The Horst link is efficient and is proven to be one of the most active and good climbing suspension designs available. The rear shock is on a floating pivot as well so it doesn’t ramp up and bottom out harshly at the end of its travel.
The Escarpe 275 features roomy top tubes and mates them compact 435mm (17.13in) rear ends. The head is dialed at 67 degrees and the seat tube is ‘dropper post optimized’ at 74.5 degrees. It is perfectly steep for climbing efficiency and with a dropper post, the saddle is moved out of the way for steep descents.
