Though former Swiss national downhill champion Claudio Caluori is a few years removed from competition, bikes still occupy the lion’s share of his time. As if managing the Gstaad-Scott Bikes World Cup Downhill Team, doing his amazing ride-and-describe world cup course previews and helping produce Red Bull’s Crashed Ice downhill speed skating events weren’t enough, the affable Caluori also spearheads Velosolutions—a company that builds pump tracks and bike parks all over Europe.

Velosolutions’ tracks—which are crafted from both dirt and asphalt—are not only fun to ride, they’re beautifully manicured and built to last. Check out the video and our slideshow for a sampler of Velosolutions’ amazing work.
The enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Claudio Caluori is a former Swiss national downhill champ, director of the Gstaad-Scott Bikes World Cup Downhill Team and the man behind Velosolutions. If you did all that, you’d need a Red Bull too. Photo courtesy of Velosolutions
