Video: 24 Hour Solo World Championships
Unrivaled trails and scenery were the hallmarks of the 2014 24hr Solo World Championships.
Since 2001 Fort William, Scotland has hosted a round of the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup. Most famous for its downhill track, Fort William also has countless miles of single-track and some of the most spectacular scenery in all of Scotland. Recently Fort William also played host to the 2014 Wembo 24hr World Solo Championships which took place on the world renowned Witch’s Trail. Scotland is the perfect stage and race weekend was no exception as participants were treated to magnificent weather, awesome trails and fantastic racing. The United States own Danielle Musto just missed the podium finishing in 4th place.
