We've put a lot of rides in on our Di2 XTR test bike and it is rather strange how 'normal' it feels. While very complex and configurable, on the trail it can feel very simple and natural. It really doesn't call attention to itself and just becomes part of the ride.

What's the best thing I saw at the show? XTR Di2 is an easy answer. Is it available today to purchase today and is it practical and affordable? No. But it is a clear demonstration of what is possible today and it opens up a world of possibilities.
