Sombrio shows new kit for young and old
While Sombrio technically wasn’t at Sea Otter, they sent a couple of manikins and accompanying new kit with GT Bicycles to display in the pits. On the adult sized dummy were a pair of shorts and jersey that are part of the new Forest Collection. A collaboration with artist Margus Riga, details were limited but it’s said that the jerseys will be available in shortsleeve or longsleeve (no 3/4 options).
On the other manikin (gromnikin?) was a sample of the new Grom Collection. Again, no real details other than Sombrio is offering groms some cool new riding kit.
One other tidbit from the GT crew about Sombrio was that the Canadian company will be introducing a denim line in the near future as well. We’re not sure if that means jean shorts and jackets to ride in, or if it’s a new casual wear project. No pricing or availability dates were hinted, but if you’re interested, shoot Sombrio an email or stalk their website incessantly.
