Review: Alpinestars All Mountain Rain Jacket
Due to unseasonably warm conditions in the Pacific Ocean, California is experiencing its first average rainfall in nearly half a decade. To help stay dry, I’ve been using the Alpinestars All Mountain Jacket.
The jacket is constructed from a waterproof two layer ripstop with tape sealed seams. The zippers are water resistant (when zipped) and have additional pieces of material layered over the openings to help keep water out.
There are two zippered external side pockets, as well as an interior chest pocket with a mesh face. Underneath each arm is a laterally oriented vent.
