Justin Lindine (Competitive Cyclist) and Vicki Barclay (Stan’s NoTubes Elite Women’s Team) celebrated overall victories in the elite men’s and women’s general classification at the 2015 NoTubes Trans-Sylvania Epic Mountain Bike Stage Race near State College, Pennsylvania on Saturday.
