Osprey Trail Kit duffel designed to save time
Pack maker Osprey is previewing the Trail Kit, a new wide-mouth duffel aimed at saving you time and simplifying your life.
The U-zippered main compartment swallows 4.0 liters of assorted gear, but thankfully isolates it from wet, muddy or just plain gnarly shoe wear and likewise ripe helmets. Both have their own zippered compartments, seepage resistant and vented to retard uncivil microbial and aromatic matter.
There are also meshed side pockets and a strap for external carry-alongs such as yoga mats or rain gear, and tuckaway straps to convert to backpack form.
“There’s a place for everything, so you don’t have to sit there digging for stuff,” explained Osprey marketing director Scott Robertson. “The goal is to allow you to spend less time organizing and searching for gear, and more on your outdoor experience.”
Offered in lightning gray, ice blue and anthracite black, the $120 pack will debut in August. Watch for more at ospreypacks.com.
