Osprey’s 2015 offerings include updates to their Syncro and Zealot lines, a new Escapist Series, and a size-specific Kid’s hydration pack.

Osprey Bike Marketing Manager Jeff Fox takes a pause from the chaos of Interbike to walk us through an array of new packs for 2015 including options from the Syncro, Zealot, Escapist and new Kid’s hydration lines.
First up, Fox details the 2015 Syncro. Available in 3L, 10L and 15L versions, this streamlined and lightweight pack features a 2.5L carrying capacity, svelte storage pouch, helmet carry and Osprey’s Airspeed
suspended mesh ventilation. The 10L and 15L versions offer additional internal volume and a built-in rain cover.
Designed with the enduro/freeride and downhill crowds in mind the Zealot 15 offers external carrying options for a full-face helmet and body armor and is designed with a narrow profile intended to keep weight close to the rider’s back. Additional features include a removable tool pouch and a 3L hydration reservoir.
Osprey’s new Kid’s Hydration packs are pint-sized versions of their Viper and Verve series packs. Both packs feature a 1.5L hydration reservoir, external storage pocket and a small external zipper pocket.
Fox finished up with a quick overview of the Escapist Series – an all-day pack suitable for commuting and/or bikepacking. Available in 18, 25, and 32L sizes, all Escapist packs feature a ventilated back panel and harness system, integrated rain cover, and organized internal storage. The larger versions offer a separate sleeping bag compartment as well.
