Jon Kokus from Lupine Lighting, which is manufactured and engineered in Germany, shows us the 2014 product lineup that includes the Piko, Wilma and the Betty. All three lights feature interconnectivity and interchangeability so that all batteries work with all lamp heads. The color temperature of the lights are similar to the sun, making for a more realistic night ride.
The Piko features 1200 Lumens, weighs in at 55 grams (lamphead only) and 180 grams for the total package including the battery. It can be mounted using an optional CNC handlebar mount, as well as to a headband or helmet. The Wilma features 4 LEDs, 2800 Lumens, and can be mounted to a handlebar or helmet. The flagship Betty features 7 LEDs, 4500 lumens and includes wireless handlebar remote which can also be mounted to your wrist.
Lupine also features a range of Lithium Ion batteries from 2.0 Ah all the way up to the Big Ben Bottle battery at 17.5 Ah. The Lupine SmartCore series has a LED indicator on top so you know how long your ride can last. The new 2014 FastClick battery option allows you know that your battery is locked and secure.

The advantage is obvious: The capacity may be checked at any time no matter if the battery is in use, being charged or has been lying in the hall for two weeks and waiting for the next adventure.

The quick release mount allows to put the Piko on a handlebar. Cause of its design, the light will sit right in front of the stem. The mount itself is only 7 mm wide and does not need much space on the bar.

The helmet mount is attached by help of a velcro, which you put through the venting slots. The helmet bracket can be attached to virtually any helmet that has ventilation slits.
