Lazer Sport’s new Waymaker Way1 and Way2 eyewear
We previously covered some of the new XC and full face helmets from Lazer, so now we take a close-up look at two of their new eyewear offerings from their Waymaker series. The Waymaker series has two models of lightweight, leisure glasses made for off the bike post-ride activities called the Way1 and the Way2.
The Waymaker Way1 is made from a Grilamid nylon material that is flexible and durable and is not prone to cracking or shattering which is especially handy if you are tough on your shades. The Way1 has the same quality of lens that Lazer uses in their high-end glasses and the Way1 comes in 5 color options. The Way1 provides 100% UVA and UVB protection. The fit is for medium to large faces and the suggested retail price is a bargain at only $50.00.
The Lazer Waymaker Way2 has a similar style as the Way1 with a slightly different construction. It uses metal earpieces instead of the nylon. The Way2 also provides 100% UVA and UVB protection. The fit is for small to medium faces and the suggested retail price starts at $60.00 and if you upgrade from the standard lenses to polarized, the price is$85.00. Both of these are available now from your local Lazer Sport dealer.
From the manufacturer:
“The Waymaker series are the podium eyewear from Lazer. The more fashionable style make them less suiting for long rides, but perfect for city riding. ”
