Check out the latest video from Jeff Lenosky’s Trail Boss Series, this time coming to you from North Carolina’s Pisgah National Forrest. The area is one of Lenosky’s favorite places to ride because the terrain is similar to what he started out riding in northern New Jersey and Pennsylvania. “It’s just WAY more epic!”

Lenosky broke his wrist in late April but by the end of July he was back on the bike and in Brevard for some trials demos at an Oskar Blues festival. “I had a day off and had the chance to ride Farlow Gap,” he said. “It was a real challenge having just got back on the bike but I immediately knew it was perfect for a Trail Boss Episode. I traveled back to Brevard in late October, rounded up a solid crew and headed out for a filming session. The leaves that had fallen seemed to make the trail even more difficult since you couldn’t see the hazards lying under the smooth looking cover.”

A veteran rider with a 20-year professional career and three Observed Trials U.S. National Championships to his name, Lenosky uses his skills to ride the unrideable in Trail Boss. When you ride an entire trail you may feel like a Boss, but without the proper skills Mother Nature can quickly remind you who’s really in charge. This video series explores some of the most technical trials around and provides tips so you can become a Trail Boss, too.
