Interbike: New 2015 Osprey Syncro 3 hydration pack
Osprey used Interbike to introduce their new $80 Syncro 3 minimalist XC hydration pack to the world as well as update their popular Syncro 10 and 15 models. The Syncro 3 is designed for racing or short rides where little gear carry capacity is required. It comes in two sizes—S/M with 188 cubic-inches of storage and M/L with 183 cubic inches of storage, and ships with a 2.5-liter Hydraulics LT reservoir. Other nice touches include Osprey’s LidLock helmet carry apparatus, an Airsspeed suspension back panel for ventilation and a light on-the-back feel. Like all Osprey packs, it also includes their clever Magnetic Bite Valve for easy access and stowage of the drink tube. The Syncro 3 comes in green, blue or grey.
Osprey has also brought the advanced ergonomics and lightweight features of the Syncro 3 to their existing Syncro 10 ($110) and Syncro 15 ($120) bags.
