The Hauser’s roll top expands the bag as-needed (left), while its perforated back keeps things ventilated.

Acre is a new off-road division of urban cycling brand Mission Workshop that combines the spirit of adventure with all-condition technology. Designed with the style-conscious mountain biker in mind, Acre’s minimalist bags in understated, classy colors are as feature-ful as they are beautiful.

We checked out the Hauser, an all-day trail pack. It comes with Acre’s signature roll-top for expandability, sealed seams to keep your kit dry, and waterproofing throughout, so you can pack items like a camera with confidence.

The highly adjustable pack lets you set where the shoulder and hip straps hit for a custom fit, while a breathable, perforated back panel adds another layer of comfort. It also comes with Acre’s removable tool wallet to help you keep your bits organized and ready to go whenever you are–and with whichever pack you choose.

The Hauser’s tool wallet keeps tools organized and lets you transfer them from pack-to-pack. And yes, that’s real, decaying sod that was in Acre’s booth–be thankful you can’t smell it.

The $205 Hauser 14L and $195 Hauser 10L carry 14- and 10-liters respectively, are made in the USA and are available now.
